Purchase and Refund ProceduresUse this store to purchase access to online lessons and to register for public classes.
All prices are in U. S. dollars.
For Online LessonsAfter your credit card and contact information are validated, we will send you an email with your unique user ID and password login information for our learning management system (LMS).
If you change your mind about taking the lesson, please contact us. After discussing the issue with you directly, we will refund your purchase price either if you have not logged in to the LMS, or if you have logged in to the LMS but you do not accept the terms and conditions given in the first step.
For Public ClassesAfter your credit card and contact information are validated, we will send you an email acknowledging your enrollment in a specific public class.
Your credit card is not charged right away. An "open-to-buy" hold is placed on your card, instead. We wait until we are sure the class has sufficient enrollment to run. If it runs as scheduled, we put your order through and send you a confirmation email. The lag time usually is not more than one week.
If there are any schedule changes, we discuss them with you, first, before putting your order through. Naturally, you have a right to change your mind if the class schedule changes. If you decide not to proceed, the "open-to-buy" hold on your card is cleared.
After your credit card is charged, you may withdraw from the class and receive a full refund if you contact us more than 30 calendar days before the class is scheduled to start. We will discuss the issue with you directly prior to issuing a refund. After the 30-day advance notice period passes, contact us and you may re-schedule once at no charge. Subsequent re-schedulings will incur a $25.00 re-scheduling fee.
