Blended learning as it should be integrates the effectiveness of instructor-led training with the efficiency of state-of-the-art virtual technology. Each lesson is in six sections which always are offered in a predictable cycle. You decide when to enter the cycle and when to complete it based on your individual needs.
The first four sections of each lesson are self-directed work presented in a multi-media format with interactive exercises, downloadable student workbook material in full color, and downloadable exercise files for selected applications.
The fifth section is an instructor-led virtual session, usually of 90 minutes, during which detailed analysis and creative problem solving occur under the guidance of an experienced instructor. These virtual sessions are scheduled regularly at convenient times, and you decide when you are ready to join the online meeting.
The sixth and final section is a timed test which is designed to reinforce your learning experience and to reward your hard work with a sense of authentic accomplishment.
Success FactorsYou are successful with our blended learning thanks to a proprietary focus on long-term memory development.
