Dave is a teacher, workshop facilitator, and course author. He is a winner of the prestigious PMI professional development provider of the year award. He has been a full-time instructor since 2003, and has served in executive, director, or senior-level positions with International Institute for Learning, Springhouse Education and Consulting, Systemation, and Velociteach. His teaching background includes adjunct faculty positions with Carnegie-Mellon University, Northwestern University, Camden County Community College, and Cabrini College. His work has taken him all over the United States and to many foreign countries, including Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, England, and Germany.

Dave holds two Master's degrees - a Master of Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Master of Music from Northwestern University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a certified CompTIA Project+ professional, and a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) for Microsoft Project. In addition to his collegiate degrees, he earned a certificate for post-graduate work in quantitative management methods at Carnegie-Mellon University.

His professional background is extensive. Over the past 30 years, he has been an entrepreneur, an executive vice president for an engineering services company, a director for a global management consulting company, and a senior member of engineering staff for two systems engineering firms.

On the personal side, he is devoted to music performance, primarily classical and jazz piano.

Virginia is responsible for company operations. She is the primary contact for sales, service, and support. She holds a certificate in project management and a certificate in Microsoft Project.

Prior to joining the firm, she was the Western hemisphere distributor representative for a global industrial filter manufacturer. In this capacity, she was responsible for large-scale sales support, import-export regulation compliance, and key partner service and support. She also functioned as the designated vendor project manager for large projects under contract to major chemical and pharmaceutical process integrators.

Virginia is a talented musician with classical training in organ, piano, and trumpet. She holds a Bachelor's degree in music from Carnegie-Mellon University, and now plays trumpet in a jazz trio.

Genevieve brings seven years of international business experience to her role as marketing director. Prior to joining D. Hughes & Co., she functioned as an event coordinator, networking specialist, and executive assistant for a leading international special-interest media company. Prior to that, she operated high-end art galleries in the United Kingdom where she was responsible for sales, marketing, and artist relationships for Britain, Austria, and Russia.

Genevieve is a visual artist. She holds a Bachelor's degree in fine arts, and her work has been featured in corporate and government publications and private showings here in America as well as abroad.
